The device onboarding error can occur for various reasons.
You can take the following actions:
- On the Devices and Services page, select the device running into this error.
In some cases, you will see the error description on the right.
- Take the necessary actions mentioned in the description.
- Remove the device instance from CDO and try onboarding the device again.
If the issue persists, select the device and click Workflows in the Device Actions pane on the right. On this page, you can use the filter to search for the "Error" condition. You can gather the information and contact the Cisco CDO Support.
