Platform Maintenance Support and Schedule
CDO uses scheduled maintenance windows to improve CDO and cloud-delivered Firewall Management Center functionality and integrity. During these maintenance windows, CDO or cloud-delivered Firewall Management Center may be unreachable and you may need to log out and log back into your CDO tenant.
The CDO operations team upgrades the CDO portal and cloud-delivered Firewall Management Center for its customers. This may take up to an hour and is performed during the maintenance window.
General backups and individual device upgrades do not affect platform uptime.

Disaster recovery is when a failure occurs, either to a single tenant or on a global scale, that inhibits CDO and cloud-delivered Firewall Management Center from communicating. These occurrences are addressed as soon and as quicky as possible.
