Connect an Azure Subscription to Multicloud Defense Controller from CDO

Before you begin

Before connecting an Azure subscription to Multicloud Defense Controller you must have an Azure subscription and it must be associated to an Azure Active Directory.

Procedure


Step 1

From the CDO dashboard, click Multicloud Defense in the CDO menu bar.

Step 2

Click the Add Accounts button.

Step 3

Click the Microsoft Azure tile.

Step 4

In the Bash Shell Script section:

  1. Click the link to open up your Azure Cloud Shell.

  2. Run the Bash script to download and execute the multicloud onboarding script in the Cloud Shell.

  3. Click Next.

Step 5

In the Account Information section:

  1. Give the Azure subscription a name that you will refer to in the Multicloud Defense Controller.

  2. (Optional) Enter a description.

  3. Click Next.

Step 6

In the IDs section:

  1. Enter the Directory ID, also referred as the Tenant ID.

  2. Enter the Subscription ID for the subscription being onboarded.

  3. Enter the Application ID, also referred to as the Client ID, created by the onboarding script.

  4. Enter the Client Secret, also referred to as the Secret ID.

Step 7

Click Done.


The Azure subscription is onboarded and you are returned to the dashboard to see that the new deivce has been added
