Enhanced Troubleshooting Experience Using Cisco RADKit Integration

The Cisco Remote Automation Development Kit (RADKit) is a network-wide orchestrator designed to provide Cisco support engineers with secure access to network devices for diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues. You can install RADKit on a remote server and integrate its services with Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Centers and their managed Firewall Threat Defense devices such that the data required for diagnosing issues are available automatically.

Note	RADKit supports only the instances of a cluster device, not the chassis itself.

Integrating RADKit with the Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Center enables you to:

• Access the Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Center and Firewall Threat Defense device remotely.

• Assign an engineer with controlled access to the Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Center and Firewall Threat Defense devices for diagnosing configuration discrepancies and hardware issues.

• Leverage automation capabilities to collect diagnostic data and analyze problems.

• Navigate to the previous sessions, view, and download all the operations logs as an archive file.
