Setting an SNMP Alert for an Intrusion Rule

You can set an SNMP alert for a rule from the Rule Detail page.

Procedure

From an intrusion rule’s details, click Add SNMP Alert next to Alerts.

Tip

The system displays an alert Errors (error icon) next to the rule in the Alerting column. If you add multiple alerts to a rule, the system includes an indication of the number of alerts.
