Network objects and groups

A network object or group is a network management operation that

  • modifies or removes network objects or groups from the Object Management page in Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Center,

  • automatically updates or deletes the corresponding network objects or groups replicated on the Objects page in Security Cloud Control, and

  • ensures changes made to these objects on the Security Cloud Control objects page are reflected for the corresponding objects in Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Center.

Caution

When you edit or delete a network object or group from the Object Management page in Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Center, this change also modifies or deletes the corresponding network object or group replicated on the Objects page in Security Cloud Control. Similarly, changes you make to these objects on the Security Cloud Control objects page are reflected for the corresponding objects in Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Center.
