Time ranges

A time range is a configuration object that

  • defines specific time periods,

  • enables use of these periods to determine when rules apply, and

  • supports integration with time-based ACLs.

Time range objects allow you to specify periods for rule enforcement.

Time-based ACLs is supported in Snort 3 also from Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Center 7.0 onwards.
