Opening a Ticket for Configuration Changes
Before you can make changes within a ticket, you must open the ticket.
If you have another ticket open, the system puts it on hold (closes it) for you before opening the new one.
Procedure
Step 1 | Choose System (), or click the Ticket () shortcut menu. |
Step 2 | On the Tickets tab, click Open () or More () for the ticket. |
Step 3 | Optionally, enter a comment for the action. |
Step 4 | Click Open. You can now start your configuration changes. The name of the Ticket icon changes to the name of the open ticket. |
